Sherese Bonner (2019 Schaeffer Fellow, University of Virginia) is a current graduate student pursuing a Masters of Public Administration at UNC-Chapel Hill. This summer, she completed an internship with The Brookings Institution’s Center for Effective Public Management. She co-authored a blog post with Senior Fellow John Hudak focusing on some recommended revisions to the Community Reinvestment Grant under the Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act.
